1. Return Eligibility:

  • Not applicable on sale items, accessories, or custom products.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Approved returns must be self-shipped to our warehouse address.

3. Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds processed to original payment mode within 7 business days.

  • COD orders: Refunds issued via store credit.

4. Exchanges:

  • Only allowed for size issues or defective products.
